A I (After Introduction)

So, as you can see, the name of this blog is ‘What is Life about?’ Now, I know a lot of you will be thinking of this as a philosophical blog and expect us to write about existentialism and the likes. Sorry to disappoint you, but we think that life is about living it than thinking about it. And living life implies the presence of things that we engage in. Like fashion, Harry Potter, TV serials and stuff like that. That’s why, we’re going to tell you about the elements that comprise our lives and we hope you get a little enjoyment out of it :D
I’m not too fond out sitcoms. I get bored easily and it takes a lot of hot people or good plot or both to keep me interested. This friend (let’s call her Monica) recommended me Criminal Minds after I was left devastated by the biggest breakup of the century- Klaine (The fact that the guy who took a slushie with rock salt for Kurt cheats on him still brings tears to my eyes D: ). I’ve already seen Castle and a few episodes of other detective shows, so initially, I wasn’t interested. And then, Monica and I did a presentation on Modes of Interrogation in Popular Culture for class, and she included stuff from Criminal Minds. And listening to her, I thought I could give it a try.

So yeah, it’s not much of a show to watch for hot people (Your argument is invalid if you do not consider Matthew Gray Gubler as hot). But in every 3 episodes out of 5, there are some very good looking people. Criminals as well as victims. And I’ve always had this fascination with blood and gore and Criminal Minds has a lot of it! There are innovative crimes in every episode. I’m currently going through season 3 and I’ve come across quite a few tear jerking episodes. But honestly, my favorite kinds of episodes are the ones which have stalkers.

I’ve always had a weird kind of fascination in analyzing stalkers ever since I got my own. Why do they stalk people? What makes them choose their target? But the fascination also comes from my belief in the fact I think that a girl doesn’t grow up until she’s had a stalker. A lot of you will disagree with me and say that a girl steps into maturity when she has her first period or has had sex or whatever. But you know, it takes so much courage and patience to deal with one and an absolutely astounding quantity of bitchiness to make the stalker go away. Now THAT’S growing up for me. So, those of you who haven’t had a stalker yet, go get one! ;)

Hello!

Hi. I’m the Swats in SmiSwats. And probably the insane one. Probably.  Smi and me have always thought of doing something together- something major, you know. And this blog is just a little step towards that something major.

I like everything pink(should I mention Orange?), sweet and chocolaty. And shopping. My posts will be extremely random; my poems will make you think that I’ve lived through all sorts of melodrama, when I really haven’t. Almost. Thank god for that.  I’m the entertainer. I’m the kind who never shuts up, even when asked to.  I still watch cartoons and lots of TV shows. So you will see a lot of Gossip Girl updates, especially with it being the last season and all that.

That’s all for now. I hope you enjoy our Insanely Orange blog!

Introduction

*peers out from behind the curtain*
Hi guys :D
I'm the 'Smi' part of 'SmiSwats'. This blog is for your entertainment. And ours. But well, you know what I mean, right?

I'm actually not very interesting, but the people I hang out with are. Most of the time, I'm going to be posting something about them (nope, not naming them. They might kill me in my sleep) but not today.
Today is an introduction. But I'm not going to say anything more about myself. I'll let this video speak for how I actually am. Enjoy :D

PS- Unfortunately, the person in the video is neither me nor any of my relatives (thank heavens for that :P)
